Walking for heart ❤

5 and a bit weeks ago, I took up the Heart Foundation’s six week walking challenge. I’m into the final week and I feel so good about taking up that challenge. Following are some pictures taken during the walks – most of them from the Royal Botanical Gardens in Sydney during lunch hour walk.

Walking is good for the heart, and general health as a whole. Combined with a good healthy diet and sleep patterns – they sure will work wonders for anyone. I’m still trying to find the right mix, especially the diet part 😏 key word, try. And I aim to get it right!

When we consciously take or even make that first attempt towards the right health choices – we not only avoid or lessen the impact of chronic diseases but we add a few more days, months, maybe even years to our lives.

So keep walking, eat healthy, sleep well and take good care of yourself. There’s only ever one you ❤🙏
