Victory ✝️ 2024 – Week 20

Romans 8:37-39 NKJV‬

[37] Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. [38] For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, [39] nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Victory over sin and death is through Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Saviour. It was for us, while we were still sinners, He hung on that cross, bore the burden of all our sin and shame.

He rose again on the third day, conquering death, and He lives on forever. He went back to His Father and will return to claim His kingdom, new heaven and new earth.

Are you and I ready for when Jesus comes back? Are we living as though we are conquerors and victors in His name? Or are we living according to our own sinful natures?

I love this chorus 🎶:

🎶 Victory, victory shall be mine (x2)

If I hold my peace, let the Lord fight my battles

Victory, victory shall be mine! 🎼

Replace victory with other words like hope, power, healing etc, as you sing a long 😌

The Bible verse above and this chorus reminds me that we need God in our lives. Through the good and bad times, we must worship and praise God and pray persistently to Him.

Amen! Through Jesus, we are more than conquerors. We are victorious and are saved, worthy of God’s abundant love and grace ❤️

Autumn 🍂 shows us how beautiful it is to let things go ❤️
Romans 8:31 NIV‬

[31] What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

To God be the glory always, Amen 🙏
